Return or exchange of items is allowed within 14 days from the delivery date of purchase from EPOCH Perfumes only through the official website www.epochperfume.com.

Discounted items purchased during any special offering are exchangeable or refundable within 3 days of the purchase and/or delivery. Merchandise must be returned in their original condition and in their complete original packaging, unopened and sealed, along with any accessories associated with the products (promotional gifts included).

Value of compensation (refund) is that of the initial purchase value stated in the original invoice. Returns or exchanges do not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been personalised, engraved, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, or which are not suitable for return due to health protection, or if they become unsealed after delivery.

All payments made to us will be refunded to the original payment method and will only be made against the original credit/debit card used, with the cardholder present in the store.
